Delivery

Is there a delivery charge?

Paint orders are delivered free of charge anywhere in mainland UK.

Wallpaper orders incur a delivery charge of £4.55.

Our Standard Delivery is currently dispatched in 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail/Whistl deliveries can take up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. Priority orders (currently dispatched within one working day) cost an additional £5.

Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, however if your priority order is received by 3PM (Mon-Fri) we will aim to dispatch it on the same day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Priority Dispatch for our oil-based paints. All orders for oil-based paints will be delivered by courier via standard delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries are made by courier within their standard operating hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Can I track my order?

If you would like to track your order, our team are able to do this for you via UPS and DPD using your individual order number.

Where do you deliver oil-based paints?

Please note, we are currently unable to deliver oil-based paints to the following locations: Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Inner Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Returns

 

Can I return a tin of paint?

We are not able to offer returns, as all of our paint is tinted to order.

If you believe your paint is faulty, please contact our customer service team on 0845 880 5855, [email protected] or by submitting your contact details and order information online.

 

Can I return any unused wallpaper?

Returns will be accepted within three months of purchase as long as unopened, in resaleable condition, design is still current and subject to proof of purchase. We recommend returning your unused wallpaper using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Why should I create an account?

The checkout process on this website gives you the option to create an account or check out as a guest.

Creating an account is worth doing if you are likely to order more than once as the website will remember your details and you can view previous transactions (very useful if you decide you want more of the same paint but can’t remember which colour or finish you had last time!)

 

Can I use my credit/debit card to pay for my order?

We accept all credit and debit cards, excluding American Express.

Can I trace a previous order to ensure I buy the same colour and finish?

If you can provide our team with your original order number, from a purchase within the last 4 years, we should be able to access this information for you.

Where can I buy Little Greene paint near me?

We have a useful search tool where you can search by postcode, and a full list of addresses and contact numbers will appear.

Please call your nearest stockist in advance to check paint availability to avoid disappointment. You can also purchase directly online.

 

 

Product Variation

 

Why do the online representations look different to the colour card/actual product?

The appearance of a colour online may differ depending on screen settings, such as brightness and resolution.

We always recommend ordering a colour card and sample pot before choosing a colour, as you cannot get an entirely true representation of a colour from a screen.

Our colour cards feature flying chips of real paint so you can compare the colour directly with wallpaper and fabrics.

 

Is the label colour on the tin indicative of the colour inside?

The label on the front of the tin features the colour name on a cream background. Each finish has a different coloured label, this is not indicative of the colour in the tin.

 

 

Discounts

 

Do you offer any discounts or price match deals?

We don't offer any discounts on our products.

Any voucher codes listed by third party sites have not been authorised by Little Greene and will not be valid for use on our website.

 

Do you offer discounts for interior designers?

For trade customers, including Interior Designers, we do have trade account options available.

If you are interested in opening a trade account, please contact our Sales Team on [email protected] and they will be able to assist you.

 

Do you offer NHS discounts?

Yes, to show our appreciation for the NHS, we are currently offering 15% off all Little Greene products, excluding our Re:mix range. To access this discount in one of our showrooms, simply show a member of staff your NHS card.
