THE ROLE INCLUDES
Leading and inspiring their team in offering the highest level of service.
Providing full control of individual showroom P&L – keeping within budget and exceeding targets.
Completing all administration for the smooth running of the showroom including invoicing & payroll.
Promoting the showroom locally, ensuring a continued high level of footfall & create engaging events.
Stock control and management, ensuring the right level of products are available at all times.
Ownership of all areas of visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom is always looking as beautiful as our products.
Hiring, training, coaching and mentoring all new team members.
Taking full responsibility for Health & Safety of showroom, team and the public.
Daily, monthly and yearly reporting on KPIs.
Attending events and trade shows whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand.
Liaising with Head office to ensure the showroom is supported at all times – especially with marketing materials and new product launches.
Cash handling – ensuring no loss occurs, cash is banked in a timely manner, all reporting is kept up to date daily.
Keen interest in colour and interior design.
Experience in a retail sales environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills – especially over the telephone and via email.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work well as part of a team and also on your own.
