They will ensure that the perfect colours are chosen to complement any tiles, fabrics or furnishings or branding that you already have in place.

They will support your design team and work towards your internal deadlines.

The service can be used in store and can involve site visits and team meetings if required.

For commercial projects, our Colour Specialist, Simon Hutchinson provides a tailored consultancy service for all premises including; offices, hospitality areas, retail space, hotels and listed buildings.

Simon has worked as a Colour Specialist for the past ten years and has a vast knowledge of producing and mixing colours for tailored projects. Using spectrophotometry and colour analysis, he formulates both bespoke colours and colour matches.

Colour creation will ensure that the perfect colour is produced to complement any tiles, fabrics or furnishings or branding you may have. Using your own inspiration or an item that you would like to match, this bespoke service will produce the exact colour you require in a beautiful, high-quality Little Greene finish.

Alongside colour creation, Simon has a vast knowledge of the history of colour and pigments giving him the expertise to specify colour for specialist historic projects.

Historic paint matching is an important consideration for conservation projects, in which existing surfaces require restoring to their original finish as well as colour.

This expertise can also be called upon to accurately recreate original colours discovered beneath the skin of any traditional interior.

By analysing the paint, using cutting edge technology, Simon explores the pigments and ingredients used to reproduce the original colour. Through the use of a portable spectrophotometer, existing colours can be investigated on-site before the reproduction work commences.
