Classic floral prints

Floral wallpapers have timeless appeal, bringing the beauty of our natural surroundings to a room. Many of our most-loved floral prints are inspired by designs from the Arts & Crafts period, and can be paired with shades from our paint palette.

Spring Flowers

True to its name, our Spring Flowers wallpaper is the perfect design to evoke the joy, beauty and freshness of spring within your home. Not much has changed from the original design, which was discovered at Standen House in West Sussex, a characteristic Arts & Crafts house with interiors by William Morris.

Spring Flowers is offered in six beautiful colour variations, including two neutral designs that provide a gentle textural backdrop for neutral schemes. Select one of the more vibrant colourways and use all-over to bring charm and personality to your walls, whether you are decorating a small, practical pantry or a larger bedroom space.

Briar Rose

This inviting floral design is another wallpaper that draws clear inspiration from the Arts & Crafts movement. Found at Oxburgh Hall, it was designed by Walter Crane – a children’s book illustrator whose drawings often became nursery wallpapers.

The original design featured characters from the ‘Sleeping Beauty’ fairytale, which have been removed to create this versatile spring floral wallpaper. Choose from three soft green colourways to provide a calming, characterful background for kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. The three bolder variations are perfect for those seeking a more vibrant interior.

Bird and floral trails

Birds and flowers are a classic combination within wallpapers, creating instant connection with our peaceful outdoor environment. Many bird and floral trails trace their origins from Chinese wallpapers, which were popular in period properties of the late 18th and early 19th centuries.

Aderyn

Aderyn was initially an intricate hand-painted design discovered in the State Bedroom at Erddig in Wales, a delightful example of a Chinese bird and floral wallpaper. The magnolia and peony flowers will bring delightful charm to bedroom walls and instil a tranquil atmosphere. Explore five stunning colourways, including darker grounds for a more impactful scheme.

Bird & Bluebell

Bird & Bluebell is one of our most-loved designs, which has been redrawn from wallpaper fragments to create this large-scale mural. Use across multiple walls to surround yourself with nature and its restorative, calming effects.

Consider Bird & Bluebell for rooms where you want to feel truly inspired. It provides a wonderful backdrop for a home study or a bedroom that you can retreat to. Each of these four gentle colourways is perfect for a spring decorating project.

Floral block prints

Block-print floral designs evoke nature in a way that feels a little more subtle. They exude elegance, charm and sophistication, providing a great way to elevate your walls with texture and pattern.

Ditsy Block

Our surface printed Ditsy Block wallpaper is provided in a selection of tonal colourways. Pair with paints of the same hue for a colour-drenched scheme. Or opt for a related colour on woodwork for a cohesive, cosy and inviting setting.

This attractive floral lattice wallpaper would have originally been woodblock-printed to achieve the beautiful repeating motif. Our five contemporary colourways have been reproduced using traditional surface printing machines to retain the same sense of authenticity and historic character.

Hencroft

Hencroft is another one of our most-loved floral wallpapers, which was originally found at Wardle’s school of embroidery in Leek. The elegant design features a repeating pattern of stylised cowslips, which look glorious and joyful when confidently showcased on walls in hallways and bedrooms.

Available in seven beautiful colourways, Hencroft creates a very charming scheme when paired with woodwork painted in coordinating colours, rather than habitual white. Explore our recommended colour pairings for your chosen colourway to create a harmonious scheme that is packed with personality, pattern and colour.

Storybook Papers

The wallpapers in our ‘Storybook Papers’ collection have all been inspired by historic artefacts and original artworks from childhoods past. Perfect for decorating children’s bedrooms, nurseries and playrooms, or to bring a touch of playfulness to living spaces throughout the family home.

Rodney Street

Rodney Street depicts simple drawings of apple trees, inspired by a vintage tin apple picking toy found at The Hardmans’ House in Liverpool. Choose from a range of colourways, featuring soft and muted spring palettes as well as bolder, more vibrant hues.

Potter’s Woodland

This inspiring wildlife mural is full of charm and imagination, featuring artworks from the unpublished sketchbooks of Beatrix Potter. The perfect wallpaper to enliven a child’s nursery or playroom, Potter’s Woodland is available in four seasonal colourways, including the delightful ‘Spring’.

Nip & Lassie

Nip & Lassie is a flocked wallpaper design that will transport your home to the peaceful Lake District countryside, where Beatrix Potter lived at Hill Top Farm. Including Beatrix’s own sketches of her two working collies, Nip and Lassie, this wallpaper depicts a cheerful, rural landscape filled with traditional Herdwick Sheep.
